The Organization of ROAR
The governing body of ROAR is the Executive Committee. This committee consists of an elected President and Vice President, and five appointed members. The Executive Committee controls and manages the business affairs of ROAR and ensures that the rules are up-to-date. The day-to-day business of the corporation is handled by the ROAR Administrator.
ROAR has several committees ranging from rules committees to product approval committees. The committee chairpersons are appointed by the executive committee and the members of the committee are appointed by the chairperson.
There are 14 regions that make up ROAR. Each region has a director who is voted in by the membership. The regional directors are responsible for scheduling and organizing Regional Championships as well as overseeing the racing activity in their particular region.
